FAQ

Sparkle Finder FAQ: finding Bomb Party pieces, reps and live shows

Looking for a Bomb Party piece you saw in a reveal, or trying to figure out when your favorite rep goes live again? This page answers the questions we hear most. Each answer starts with the short version, then adds a little more detail. Sparkle Finder is getting ready for its beta, so we’ll keep this page updated as features open up.

Getting to know Sparkle Finder

What is Sparkle Finder?

Sparkle Finder is made by Sparkle Suite for Bomb Party collectors. It brings together a jewelry library and the Dance Floors and live shows of Sparkle Suite reps who choose to be listed. You can look up a piece, see whether a rep has it on the Dance Floor, check when that rep goes live next, and save the pieces you own to a virtual collection.

Think of it as your home base between shows: one place to check instead of a dozen pages.

How is Sparkle Finder related to Sparkle Suite?

They’re made by the same team. Sparkle Suite gives Bomb Party reps their own website and live-show tools, including the Dance Floor and a show calendar. Sparkle Finder is the collector side: it shows the Dance Floors and upcoming shows of Sparkle Suite reps who choose to be listed, so you can browse them in one place instead of one site at a time.

When you’re ready for a show, Finder sends you to the rep’s own Sparkle Suite site. You can learn more about the rep side at Sparkle Suite.

Is Sparkle Finder part of Bomb Party?

No. Sparkle Finder is made by Sparkle Suite for Bomb Party collectors. Bomb Party doesn’t own or run it, and Bomb Party names and products belong to Bomb Party. Finder helps you find pieces, the Dance Floors of listed Sparkle Suite reps and their live shows, and keep track of your collection.

Finding pieces

How do I find a rep who has a specific Bomb Party piece?

Search the Sparkle Finder jewelry library by piece name, item number, stone or collection, then open the piece to see whether a Sparkle Suite rep has it on the Dance Floor and when that rep’s next show is. If the piece isn’t in the library yet, Silver’s Find it for me can still save it to your Wishlist.

Not every piece will be on a Dance Floor at any given moment. Dancers come and go as reps update their Dance Floors before shows.

How do I search the jewelry library?

Type a piece name, an item number, a stone or a collection into the search box. Then narrow the results with the Collections, Materials, Stone / gem, Type, Label and Year filters.

The item number is the quickest route if you have the label in hand.

The full walkthrough is how to look up a Bomb Party piece.

What if a piece isn’t in the library?

It just isn’t in the library yet. With Silver, Nic-Nac’s Find it for me can still save it to your Wishlist, so it’s waiting for you when you come back.

Finding reps and live shows

How do I find Bomb Party live shows?

Follow the reps you like on Sparkle Finder and you’ll see the date and time of each rep’s next show, with a Visit Rep Site link to the rep’s Sparkle Suite site. Finder lists Sparkle Suite reps who choose to be listed, not every Bomb Party rep, but it lets you check one place instead of scrolling social feeds to catch a live.

Bomb Party reps reveal pieces during LIVE shows, and reps keep their own schedules. Having the next date and time in front of you is the easiest way not to miss one.

More is in how to find Bomb Party live shows and Dance Floors.

Can I find any Bomb Party rep on Sparkle Finder?

No. Sparkle Finder lists Sparkle Suite reps who choose to be listed, so it doesn’t cover every Bomb Party rep. There’s no search by location. You find listed reps through their upcoming shows.

The Dance Floor

What is the Dance Floor?

The Dance Floor is a rep’s list of dancers: revealed Bomb Party pieces the rep has listed as available for a dancer swap. During a live show, you can ask on the rep’s Sparkle Suite site to swap the piece just revealed for you for one dancer on the list, and the rep makes the final call. It is not the live reveal itself. On Sparkle Finder, you browse Dance Floors ahead of the show.

A quick way to remember it: the reveal is the surprise, and the Dance Floor is the list of dancers waiting for a new home.

I revealed a piece I don’t want. What can I do?

If the rep uses Sparkle Suite, you can send a dancer swap request on the rep’s Sparkle Suite site during the live show, for one dancer on that rep’s Dance Floor. The rep usually reviews it during the show while both pieces are in play, though timing is up to the rep, and the rep makes the final call. Requests happen during the show, not after it ends.

Sparkle Finder itself doesn’t take swap requests. It helps you see which dancers are on a Dance Floor before you go to the show. If you have questions about a swap, ask the rep during the show.

Saving and showing off

What can I save?

With Silver, you can save pieces you already own to a virtual collection and save pieces you want to a Wishlist. Silver is free during the beta.

Having your collection in one place makes it easy to remember what you have before you jump into a show.

See keep track of your collection and Wishlist.

What is Sparkle Showcase?

Sparkle Showcase is your public collection page. You choose which pieces to show, share the link with friends and family, and other collectors can follow your Showcase and leave comments.

Your Showcase is private by default, and you decide when to make it public.

The walkthrough is Sparkle Showcase: share the Bomb Party pieces you own.

Who is Nic-Nac?

Nic-Nac is your collection curator and jewelry finder assistant, included with Silver. Nic-Nac’s Find it for me checks a piece against reps’ Dance Floors and counts it as a lead only when that rep has a show in the next 48 hours, so you can see the show time.

If the piece isn’t in the library yet, Nic-Nac can still save it to your Wishlist.

Plans and the beta

Is Sparkle Finder free?

Yes, you can start free. The Free plan includes the jewelry library, Dance Floors and show times, and you can follow reps. Silver adds saving pieces to your collection and Wishlist, plus Nic-Nac and Find it for me. Silver is free during the beta, and no card is needed to sign up.
