What Sparkle Finder means for Sparkle Suite reps

If you’re a Bomb Party rep using Sparkle Suite, you already have a site where customers find your shows and your Dance Floor. Sparkle Finder is the collector-side app made by the same team, and it can point collectors your way.

Getting shoppers to the right show is the hard part. Collectors want to know who’s going live and when, and listed reps are who Sparkle Finder shows them.

This guide explains how listing works and what collectors see. It’s part of the Sparkle Finder FAQ.

How do I get listed on Sparkle Finder?

You choose to be listed in the Sparkle Finder directory on the Sparkle Suite side. Listing is opt-in, and Sparkle Finder shows the reps that Sparkle Suite lists.

There’s no listing setting inside Sparkle Finder. Everything about your listing starts in your Sparkle Suite account.

What shows up about me on Sparkle Finder?

Your live and scheduled shows, and the dancers on your Dance Floor, which count when you have a show coming up. Collectors also see a rep page for you with your name, your business name, your next show and a heart button to follow you.

Your show cards include a Visit Rep Site link, so collectors who find you in Finder land on your Sparkle Suite site when it’s time for the show.

Collectors can also find your dancers through the jewelry library. When a collector opens a piece, its page shows whether a Sparkle Suite rep with an upcoming show has it on the Dance Floor.

The name on your rep page is the display name from your Sparkle Suite profile, with your business name underneath. Show cards use your first name.

How do collectors find my shows through Sparkle Finder?

Collectors follow listed reps to see their next show times, and they find dancers through the jewelry library and Dance Floors. Every show card links back to your Sparkle Suite site with Visit Rep Site.

Collectors with Silver can also use Nic-Nac’s Find it for me. It checks reps’ Dance Floors for a piece and counts a lead only when that rep has a show in the next 48 hours, showing the show time. Having your upcoming shows on your calendar is what lets those leads point to you.

Following reps is part of the Free plan for collectors, so anyone with a free account can keep your next show in view.

Does Sparkle Finder change how my Dance Floor works?

No. Your Dance Floor stays on your Sparkle Suite site, and Sparkle Finder shows collectors the dancers you’ve listed as available.

Dancer swap requests still come to you on your Sparkle Suite site during your live show, the same way they do today. Sparkle Finder doesn’t add a second place for requests, so there’s nothing new to watch during a show.

What changes is reach: collectors browsing Sparkle Finder can see your dancers before your show starts and decide to join.

Do I need to do anything extra?

No. Beyond your normal Sparkle Suite setup and opting in to the directory, there’s nothing else to manage in Sparkle Finder.

The best thing you can do is keep your show calendar and Dance Floor up to date in Sparkle Suite, since that’s what Finder reads. Dancers count when you have an upcoming show, so a scheduled show helps collectors find your Dance Floor.

Can I stop being listed?

Yes. Listing is controlled on the Sparkle Suite side, so that’s where you turn it off.

Turning the listing off doesn’t change your Sparkle Suite site. Your customers can still find your shows and Dance Floor there.

How is Sparkle Finder different from my Sparkle Suite site?

Your Sparkle Suite site is your own home base, where customers see your shows and send dancer swap requests during your live show. Sparkle Finder sends collectors to your site.

Sparkle Finder doesn’t take swap requests. Dancer swaps stay on your Sparkle Suite site, during the show, and you make the final call.
