Why Bomb Party collectors use Sparkle Finder
If you collect Bomb Party jewelry, you probably have a system. Maybe it’s screenshots, a notebook, a long list of pages you check before every show. Sparkle Finder is meant to replace some of that juggling with one place to look things up, keep track of your pieces and see who’s going live next.
This guide is part of the Sparkle Finder FAQ.
What is Sparkle Finder?
Sparkle Finder is made by Sparkle Suite for Bomb Party collectors. It brings together a jewelry library and the Dance Floors and live shows of Sparkle Suite reps who choose to be listed.
You can look up a piece, see whether a Sparkle Suite rep has it on the Dance Floor, check when that rep goes live next, and save the pieces you own to a virtual collection.
Sparkle Suite is the sister app for reps: it gives Bomb Party reps their own website and live-show tools. Sparkle Finder is the collector side.
The rep tools live at Sparkle Suite.
Who is Sparkle Finder for?
Sparkle Finder is for Bomb Party collectors who want to find pieces, follow reps and keep track of what they own. You don’t need to be a rep to use it.
If you’ve ever lost track of when a rep goes live, wondered whether a dancer you liked is still out there, or ended up with a piece you already owned, it’s built with you in mind.
It’s also for collectors who simply enjoy the hobby and want a tidy place to see what they’ve collected over time. You don’t need a huge collection to get something out of it.
What’s on the Free plan?
The Free plan includes the jewelry library, Dance Floors and show times, and you can follow reps.
That covers most of the looking around: searching for a piece, checking which dancers are on a Dance Floor, and seeing when the reps you follow have their next show.
You’ll need a free account to browse. Before beta, the site is notify-only, so the first step is signing up to hear when it opens.
Searching works by piece name, item number, stone or collection, with Collections, Materials, Stone / gem, Type, Label and Year filters to narrow things down. There’s no search by location.
Searching is covered in how to look up a Bomb Party piece.
What does Silver add?
Silver adds saving pieces to your collection and Wishlist, plus Nic-Nac and Find it for me. Silver is free during the beta, and no card is needed to sign up.
Your collection is for the pieces you own, and your Wishlist is for the ones you want. Nic-Nac is your collection curator and jewelry finder assistant.
Find it for me checks reps’ Dance Floors for a piece and counts a lead only when that rep has a show in the next 48 hours. If the piece isn’t in the library yet, it can still save it to your Wishlist.
Alerts aren’t available yet.
See keep track of your collection and Wishlist and Sparkle Showcase.
How is Sparkle Finder different from a rep’s own site?
A rep’s Sparkle Suite site covers one rep. Sparkle Finder brings listed Sparkle Suite reps together in one place and links to each rep’s site when it’s time for the show.
The rep’s site is where dancer swaps happen during the live show. Sparkle Finder doesn’t take swap requests.
Think of Sparkle Finder as the map and each rep’s site as the destination. You browse and plan in Finder, then tap Visit Rep Site to go to the show.
Show times are in how to find Bomb Party live shows and Dance Floors.
Is Sparkle Finder part of Bomb Party?
No. Sparkle Finder is made by Sparkle Suite for Bomb Party collectors. Bomb Party doesn’t own or run it, and Bomb Party names and products belong to Bomb Party.
Sparkle Finder is based in Jacksonville, FL. It’s made by the same team behind Sparkle Suite, which builds websites and live-show tools for Bomb Party reps.
Free gets you browsing, following and show times. Silver, free during the beta, adds your collection, Wishlist and Nic-Nac.
Sparkle Finder is getting ready for its beta. Tap Get notified when we launch on the Sparkle Finder home page to hear when it opens.
